Tom Heaton in the frame to be England's No 1 following superb recent form, says Burnley boss Sean Dyche

Burnley manager Sean Dyche believes Tom Heaton deserves to be spoken of as a potential England No 1.

Heaton was already the goalkeeper with the most saves in the Premier League going into last weekend's visit to his boyhood club Manchester United, but he left with his reputation even further enhanced.

The 30-year-old turned in a superb show of defiance in the stalemate at Old Trafford, denying the Red Devils on 11 separate occasions and pulling off one particularly eye-catching stop from Zlatan Ibrahimovic at the near post.
