Everton head coach Sean Dyche will scoop a survival bonus upwards of £3.5million if he leads the club to Premier League safety.
Dyche was confirmed as new Toffees manager at the start of last week, agreeing a two-and-a-half year deal worth close to £5million a season.
And Sportsmail understands Everton have also approved a lucrative bonus structure as part of the deal that saw the 51-year-old replace Frank Lampard.
If Dyche can preserve the club’s top-flight status, Merseyside sources have indicated the former Burnley boss will net a minimum £3.
