Burnley are interested in signing Liverpool's Nat Phillips as they look to improve their defence.

Sean Dyche's side conceded 55 goals in the Premier League this season, and Burnley are looking to bring in two centre-backs.

As reported by The Sun, Burnley have contacted Liverpool about the possibility of signing Phillips, who enjoyed an unexpected run of games for Jurgen Klopp's side as they finished third.
