Robbie Brady has been ruled out for the rest of the season with a serious knee injury.

The 25-year-old Ireland international sustained a tendon tear to his left knee when falling awkwardly on Premier League duty for Burnley against Leicester last Saturday.

Manager Sean Dyche feared the worst at the time and scans have confirmed that the damage is a long-term issue for the Dubliner rather than short-term.
