It was a young Clarets side, as four second-year scholars including Harry Allen, Udoka Chima, Jayden Major and Rhys Fenlon left the club on loan this week, to gain experience in competitive mens football.
This opened the door for a first start for goalkeeper Lewis Thomas and defender Jake Rooney.
