The Clarets face more top-four opposition when Chelsea come to town on Saturday night.
Sean Dyche’s men came up just short last Saturday with a 2-1 defeat at Leicester City – who are level on points with the Blues.
But only a controversial VAR decision deprived Burnley of some reward at the King Power Stadium as the Foxes moved up to the third place in the Premier League.
And Dyche is looking for a similar level of performance to try and halt Chelsea’s winning run under Frank Lampard, whose side was in action in Europe on Wednesday night when a 1-0 victory over Ajax in Amsterdam made it six wins on the trot.
