There are clear plastic wallets in front of every place setting on the table in front of us. Each contains a piece of paper with some numbers printed on it in boxes. The room is beginning to fill up and they want to get the evening started before they fetch Paul Gascoigne in to talk. They explain the paper and the numbers. 'We call it Bollocks Bingo,' the announcer says. 'You'll work it out when the game gets started.'
