Wout Weghorst looked close to tears after celebrating his first Old Trafford goal for Man United in their Europa League victory over Real Betis.

The forward, on loan from Burnley, scored United's fourth in a comfortable 4-1 first-leg victory in the Round of 16.

Before Thursday's clash, Weghorst had only scored one goal for the club in a 3-0 victory over Nottingham Forest in the Carabao Cup on January 25.

After the match, Paul Scholes told BT Sport: 'I think he was slightly pleased with his goal, I think he's been waiting for that.
