Grief has left me feeling broken and drained: Ask the GP DR MARTIN SCURR

I have had three miscarriages in the past year. My most recent loss has left me experiencing night terrors. I feel drained and broken — but remain hopeful.

My GP prescribed mirtazapine — but will antidepressants help me process my grief or mask feelings I need to work through? Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) had limited success.
