Sean Dyche is looking for another change of gear to get the Clarets moving forward again.
Burnley’s momentum has stalled on the back of a seven-game winless run which has yielded just two points.
But Dyche has seen his players recover one from one lean spell already this season and now wants a repeat as the Clarets continue a run of eight games in little more than a month against Liverpool at Turf Moor on Wednesday night.
“The facts are that after five games we had one point, so it wasn’t exactly a flying start,” admitted the Burnley boss, who juggled the early Premier League games with the Clarets’ Europa League commitments.
