Burnley hope to reap the benefits of their mid-season training break in the sun.
The entire squad has this week decamped to Portugal for five-days of warm weather training ahead of their return to action at home to Tottenham Hotspur a week on Saturday.
Last year, a similar trip resulted in a six-game spell of one draw and five straight wins that cemented the Clarets’ seventh place finish in the Premier League.
This year, the break coincides with a Premier League record seven-match unbeaten run to boost hopes of climbing away from danger.
And Dyche believes the training camp in the Algarve comes at an important time for his players.
