1. As Dele Alli finds himself fighting Jesse Lingard for a place in England’s World Cup plans, he can point to his record in big games as a factor in his favour.

Two goals in Tottenham’s 3-1 win at Stamford Bridge made it five in all against Chelsea in his three seasons in the Premier League.

He’s also scored against Manchester City (twice), Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester United with 10 of his 36 goals in 100 top flight appearances against other big six clubs.
