Sean Dyche hopes that Wolves’ Europa League exertions can open the door for the Clarets to build on their solid start to the season.
The Clarets have first-hand experience from this time last year of attempting to juggle European commitments with the demands of the Premier League.
And following their impressive play-off first leg win in Turin on Thursday, Dyche feels there is an opportunity for his players to exploit a chink in Wanderers’ armour.
“Wolves have started the season with a lot on their plate with the Europa League, which we know all about,” he explained.
