Burnley goalkeeper Nick Pope has admitted it would be a 'dream come true' if he was given the No 1 England spot.

The 28-year-old has shone for the Clarets this season and leads the Premier League for most clean sheets with 11.

Pope intends to take his success to the international stage and compete with Gareth Southgate's first choice Jordan Pickford for the No 1 jersey at next summer's delayed European Championships.
