Ashley Barnes was fortunate to escape a red card for what appeared to be a stamp on Matteo Guendouzi.
The Burnley forward was running around like a man possessed, trying to get his side back into the game.
And in one aggressive tangle with Guendouzi, it seemed like his emotions had got the better of him.
Barnes was penalised by referee Kevin Friend for what he deemed to be a soft foul on the Arsenal player.
He then appeared to stamp down on Guendouzi in an attempt to prise the ball from his grasp.
