Former Everton winger Andros Townsend is currently training with Burnley.
The 31-year-old is a free agent and missed last season after sustaining an anterior cruciate ligament injury during Everton's FA Cup quarter-final defeat to his former club, Crystal Palace, in March 2022.
That was the last time he featured for the club, with the winger playing one game with the Toffees' under 21 side in the Premier League Two at the end of last season.
Having spent time at Tottenham and Newcastle during his career, the winger joined Everton on a free transfer back in 2021, signing a two-year deal to re-unite with his former manager Rafael Benitez.
