It's hard to not be a little disappointed that the Sabres didn't win the lottery this weekend. After months and months of imagining Connor McDavid putting on a Sabres jersey for the first tim, and you didn't have to do that much imagining, since many already had McDavid Sabres jerseys stitched, it is a strange feeling realizing odds are that he never plays for Buffalo.
