Sabres sign Linus Ullmark to two-year extension

The Buffalo Sabres announced today that they have re-signed goaltender Linus Ullmark to a two-year contract, for a total of $1.5 million.

The Sabres have signed goaltender Linus Ullmark to a two-year contract extension with an annual average value (AAV) of $750,000.

This deal would seem to indicate that Ullmark will be the Sabres backup goaltender next year after having himself a nice season down in Rochester. That is, of course, if he isn’t taken in the expansion draft by the Las Vegas Golden Knights.
