Sabres recall Lehner, send Ullmark to Rochester

The man who was supposed to be the starting goalie this season in Buffalo finally gets his chance.

After suffering a lower-body injury halfway through the opening game of the season, Buffalo Sabres goaltender Robin Lehner is finally healed and ready to play. He was recalled from AHL Rochester today and will likely start in one of Buffalo's two games this weekend.

Lehner, who will take over the role of starting goaltender in Buffalo, just finished up a conditioning stint with the Amerks that saw him go 1-2 with a .888 save percentage.
