The Sabres have added a second defenseman at the draft, adding William Borgen with the 92nd pick.
Borgen, standing at 6'2" and 188 lbs., has spent a majority of his career playing high school hockey in Minnesota. He scored three goals an 19 assists in 24 games in his final year at Moorhead High School. He also spent 18 games with the Omaha Lancers of the USHL last season, scoring one goal and five assists in 18 games. He'll be heading to St. Cloud State next season.
Borgen was ranked No. 118 among North American skaters by Central Scouting Services.
