Today, we’ll look back to 1999, when former Buffalo Sabres forward Taylor Pyatt was drafted by the New York Islanders with that eighth-overall pick.
Before the Islanders drafted him, Pyatt was playing with the Ontario Hockey League’s Sudbury Wolves.
