As the Buffalo Sabres prepare for the 2016 NHL Draft next month, we already know that the Sabres hold the eighth-overall selection in the first round.
Though it’s hard to predict exactly which way Buffalo Sabres GM Tim Murray will go when he steps up to the podium next month, we can, at least, look back on some past players who were picked in that slot.
