Buffalo Sabres head coach Phil Housley announced that Evan Rodrigues and Jake McCabe are out with injuries after the two missed practice today according to Sabres reporter Jourdon LaBarber.
Rodrigues suffered his injury on Friday in Toronto after being on the bad end of a big hit. Housley said the injury suffered by the forward is a hand injury. It’s still uncertain if the injury was a short or long term at this point.
McCabe also went down on Friday. His injury is classified as an upper-body injury according to Housley.
