Elimination round begins today for the World Juniors and four Sabres prospects

The round robin of the 2019 World Juniors has ended and the elimination round gets underway today.

All four Buffalo Sabres prospects will be playing in the quarterfinals today.

Denmark (A5) vs Kazakhstan (B5) - Relgation Round (best of three)

Denmark and Kazakhstan will play in the relegation round. Both teams finished last in their groups and the loser will be relegated down to the B-division next year.

Sweden (1B) vs Switzerland (4A) - 4 PM EST

The Swedes again went undefeated in the preliminary round en route to winning Group B.
