If the Buffalo Sabres were to play what essentially felt like playoff series against any team, I’m glad it was the Tampa Bay Lightning. Even though they have been struggling as of late, the Lightning are still a talented team.
The Sabres have been playing well. It looks like they’re buying into what Dan Bylsma is teaching them. One of the things we’ve seen that has vastly improved is the ability to roll four lines and have them be effective.

Dan Bylsma has been riding Linus Ullmark as of late, but Chad Johnson came out with a solid game tonight.
