Though the Buffalo Sabres season is now officially more than half over, goaltender Robin Lehner has only played a mere 27:30 for his new team since joining them in June.
Now, that’s about to change.
Lehner, who spent the past few days on a conditioning stint in the AHL with the Rochester Americans, has been officially recalled by the Buffalo Sabres.
With that move came another.
As expected, the Buffalo Sabres returned Linus Ullmark to the Amerks.
Lehner’s “legacy” with the Buffalo Sabres thus far is not even half of the first game of the season, the October 8th loss to the Ottawa Senators.
