The Buffalo Sabres offseason continue to be haunted by the ghost of Evander Kane, past and present.
Tuesday, Kane was sued by Rachel Kuechle, the woman who accused him of inviting her to a party and then attacking her back on December 27, 2015. Kane was cleared of any criminal charges related to the incident, but Kuechle is not giving up the fight, with her lawyers stating that she suffered “serious emotional trauma” and “serious, permanent and painful personal injuries” (as per ESPN).
Keep in mind, Kane was recently arrested due to an incident at Bottom’s Up back on June 24, and he is scheduled for a hearing on September 9.
