Buffalo Sabres O’Reilly Scores Twice at World Championships

Action at the 2016 IIHF World Championships continued Monday morning, with Canada and Russia pulling off shutout victories.

Canada remains undefeated and is now on a spectacular 13-game winning streak at Worlds.

Buffalo Sabres forward Ryan O’Reilly scored twice as Team Canada defeated Belarus by a score of 8-0 on Monday at the 2016 IIHF World Championships.

Derick Brassard opened the scoring for Canada in the first, with Corey Perry, O’Reilly, Matt Duchene and Taylor Hall all adding goals in the second.
