Year after year, the Buffalo Sabres organization keeps giving forward Patrick Kaleta another chance.
This past summer, the team elected not to give him an NHL contract, but the Buffalo native was able to sign an AHL contract with the Rochester Americans.
That contract will expire this summer, leaving the Buffalo Sabres organization to once again make a decision regarding the forward.

Kaleta hasn’t played an NHL game in over a year. His last NHL action came with the Buffalo Sabres against the Pittsburgh Penguins on April 11, 2015.
