After beginning the year 9-1-1, the Buffalo Sabres are 1-3-1 over their last five games as the team has hit their first rough patch. So now moving forward the question is can the Sabres get back on track and avoid yet another season where they had a hot start, but quickly came back down to earth.
There is reason to believe this year will be different. The Sabres have a new head coach in Ralph Krueger who’s offensive system has looked very good up to this point. The Sabres have completely bought in to Krueger’s staff and the team expects to win.
