Following Saturday’s loss to the Minnesota Wild, the Buffalo Sabres sit in fifth-to-last place in the NHL with 61 points.
With only one and two points separating them from the teams above (Colunbus, Arizona and Vancouver have 62) and below (Winnipeg, 59), the Sabres could finish their 2015-16 campaign anywhere from the third-worst team in the league to practically being out of the bottom ten.
