Blackhawks know how to bend with times

The situation doesn’t seem to matter. On the ice, on the bench, in the dressing room or even on a spreadsheet, the Chicago Blackhawks adapt.

They find ways to press forward and not get bogged down by the inevitable grind of an NHL regular season or the every-other-day crisis mode teams enter during the Stanley Cup playoffs. And they do it better than just about anyone else in the league or maybe, for that matter, all of pro sports these days.

In this decade, the Blackhawks and the San Francisco Giants have become gold standards for consistency on and off their field of play.
