BUFFALO, NY – Former University at Buffalo men's basketball standout and Mid-American Conference Tournament MVP Wes Clark will continue his playing career in Italy as he has joined Happy Casa Brindisi based out of Brindisi, Apulia. It plays in the first division of the Lega Basket Series.
Clark, who won the Riley Wallace Award as the nation's top transfer, played in the final 26 games of the season after becoming eligible in late December. He was named the MAC Tournament Most Valuable Player after scoring 26 points in the MAC Championship game against Toledo. Clark averaged 25.
