BUFFALO, NY – The University at Buffalo Track and Field program has received a number of academic honors from the USTFCCCA as both the men's and women's programs were honored for their academics as well as individuals Amy Shaw and Brian Crimmins.
Shaw has a cumulative GPA of 3.566 in Studio Art and Communications and Crimmins has 3.267 GPA in Pharmacology and Toxicology. During the indoor season, Shaw smashed the UB school record running 16:29.13 ranking #77 in the NCAA in the 5,000-Meter Run, while Crimmins was ranked #83 in the 800m with his time of 1:49.
