Three School Records Fall on Day Two of NCAA East Preliminaries

LEXINGTON, KY – The University at Buffalo track and field program completed day two of the NCAA East Preliminaries hosted by the University of Kentucky at Lexington, KY. The Bulls left the day with three new school records and three Top-20 finishes.

After qualifying for the quarterfinals in the men's 400m at Thursday's competition, senior Joshua Gali returned to the track. Gali clocked in at 46.33 for a new school record and an overall 15th place finish. Gali carried his record-breaking performance into the men's 200m. He clocked in at 20.95 in the event to place fifth in his heat and become the first member of the Bulls to go sub-21 seconds in program history.
