BUFFALO, NY – The University at Buffalo softball team tied a program record by placing four student-athletes on the Mid-American Conference Academic All-MAC team, as announced by the conference on Tuesday.
Senior Ally Power earned the recognition for the third straight season while Alissa Karjel was honored for the second time in her career and Alyssa Cuevas and Lace Smith each earned the recognition for the first time in their UB careers.
In all, a total of 94 student-athletes were honored while UB placed four players on the squad, tying the program record set in 2018.
