AKRON, OH – The University at Buffalo Swimming & Diving team finished day three of competition on a high note as the Bulls saw a MAC champion crowned when claimed victory in the 400-yard IM event. Buffalo currently sits in third place in the overall standings behind Akron and Eastern Michigan with 339 points.
The evening was highlighted by sophomore Olivia Sapio's incredible victory in the 400-yard IM event, as the IM specialist collected a MAC championship tittle, swimming to a first place finish with a time of 4:14.11, just .04 seconds ahead of the second placed finisher from Akron.
