BUFFALO, NY – The University at Buffalo women's tennis team placed two on the postseason All-MAC awards, which were announced on Thursday as senior Chantal Martinez Blanco and freshman Pia Schwarz were both named second-team All-MAC selections.
For Martinez Blanco, this is the fourth straight year that the senior has been honored by the MAC. A mainstay at first singles all year, Martinez Blanco went 13-8 at first singles and 16-11 overall entering this weekend's MAC Tournament. She currently has 80 singles victories for her career, one of only four players in school history to achieve that feat.
