LAS VEGAS, NV – University at Buffalo, The State University of New York assistant wrestling coach Justin Grant placed seventh in the 275-lb. weight class at the U.S. Nationals/Trials Qualifier on Saturday in Las Vegas to qualify for the Olympic Trials. Grant qualified to compete at the 2016 U.S. Olympic Team Trials in Iowa City, IA April 9-10 with a chance to earn a spot on the U.S. Olympic team.
"This is great for Justin and our program," UB head coach John Stutzman said. "Just to know guys are reaching high levels out of our room is great for UB wrestling.
