BUFFALO, NY – University at Buffalo women's basketball head coach Felisha Legette-Jack announced Tuesday morning that assistant coach Cherie Cordoba has been promoted to Associate Head Coach entering the 2018-19 campaign.
"I am honored and privileged to announce that we have elevated Coach Cordoba to Associate Head Coach for our WBB Program," said UB women's basketball head coach Felisha Legette-Jack. "Cherie has been with me at three different Universities and she has been an incredible recruiter, organizer, and coach at every stop. Each year she and I have worked together we have accomplished amazing feats."
Cordoba was reunited with Legette-Jack in 2014-15 as she came to Buffalo after a brief hiatus from coaching and she has helped turn UB into a power not only in the MAC but also on the national stage.
