BUFFALO, NY – The University at Buffalo's men and women cross country teams competed in the annual UB Stampede Invitational Friday morning. The men were able to seal a fourth place finish, only being eight points behind third place, Duquesne. The women had an outstanding meet, placing second overall after the tie-breaker and having seven Top-15 finishers.
The men's team started the race out strong, leading for most of the first two miles. In his first race of the season, Andrew Berge led the way for the Bulls. Berge finished with a time of 24:47.
