Bulls Snap Losing Skid With Doubleheader Sweep

SAVANNAH, GA – The University at Buffalo softball team snapped a 13-game losing skid with a pair of wins at Savannah State on Friday. UB won the first game 6-3 and then shutout their opponent in the second game, 9-0.

The Bulls scored single runs in three straight innings in the opener to take the 3-0 lead. UB got an RBI single from Danielle Lallos in the third and a run-scoring double from Savanna Norcio in the fourth to take the lead.

Savannah State got on the board with a solo home run in the bottom of the fourth and neither team was able to cross the plate again until the seventh inning.
