YPSILANTI, MI - For the second straight day, the Bulls came away with an event win. On Thursday Mason Miller narrowly beat out his teammate, Antonio Lanzi, to win the 50 yard freestyle final and earn 37 team points. After the second day of competition at the MAC Championships, Buffalo sits in second place.
Throughout the day the men's swimming and diving team earned 177 team points, which was fueled behind big performances in the 50 yard freestyle and one-meter dive events. In those two events the Bulls earned 110 points.
The 50 yard freestyle prelims saw six Bulls advance to either the finals or consolation finals heats.
