BOWLING GREEN, OH – The University at Buffalo men's basketball team went on a 24-4 run in the second half on Saturday as the Bulls won their fourth straight game with an 88-74 win at Bowling Green. The Bulls had four players in doubles figures as they improved to 13-12 and 7-5 in the MAC.
The Bulls shot 72.7% from the field in the first half, but Buffalo turned it over 13 times over the first 20 minutes and Bowling Green hit seven of its 11 three-pointers in the first half. The Falcons led by as many as eight points in the opening half at 35-27 with 5:11 left, but UB went on a 6-0 run as a fast-break layup from freshman Davonta Jordan pulled the Bulls within two.
