WILLIAMSVILLE, NY – The University at Buffalo women's tennis team opened Mid-American Conference play on Friday afternoon with a huge 6-1 win over Toledo at the Miller Tennis Center. The victory improved the Bulls to 9-4 on the season and 1-0 in conference play.
The Bulls got out to the early lead with an impressive display during doubles. Sophomore Tanja Stojanovska and Dayana Agasieva picked up a 6-2 win at first doubles and junior Margarita Kotok and freshman Chantal Martinez Blanco won at second doubles by an identical 6-2 score.
