BINGHAMTON, NY – The University at Buffalo men's tennis team improved to 2-0 in the MAC for the first time since the 2012-13 season on Saturday afternoon with a 5-2 victory over Northern Illinois. The Bulls are now 7-4 on the season and 2-0 in league play.
The Huskies took the doubles point with victories at one and three, but UB did get a win at second doubles as Petr Vodak and Villhelm Fridell won, 6-4.
The Bulls dominated the singles portion of the match as they won five of the six contests.
