BUFFALO, NY – After a decisive 176-117 victory over Bowling Green on senior day earlier this month, the University at Buffalo Swimming & Diving team (2-4, 1-2 MAC) will now look to carry the momentum and set their sights on the 2019 MAC Swimming & Diving Championships. The MAC Championships are slated to begin on Wednesday evening and will go until Saturday and are set to take place at the University of Akron's Ocasek Natatorium.
Last year, the Bulls tied a program-best third place finish at the MAC Championships held at Ohio University as they were led by former freestyle specialist Megan Burns, who claimed gold medals in the 100-yard and 50-yard freestyle events for the fourth consecutive year.
