How He Came To Buffalo
Kunick played high school ball in Victor NY and did not managed to secure a D1 offer coming out of school. He walked on with the Bulls in 2016, and earned a spot on the team.
While at Buffalo he’s not seen the field, in part due to a spat of injuries. But Kunick has been a hard worker for the Bulls.
One of the greatest feelings as a coach is watching kids improve. Austin Kunick battled injuries all Winter, doesn’t get to play during the games, couldn’t bench 275 in the winter and just benched 225x30 reps!
