Webb will be ineligible to play this year but will have two years of eligibility beginning in 2017.
After losing Matt Seybert to Michigan State, Lance Leipold got one back from the Big Ten this week in Rutgers offensive lineman Jacquis Webb, according to reports from nj.com, 247sports.com, and nbcsports.com (hat tip to adcgjh for fanshotting the link!).
Webb hasn't yet played for Rutgers in two seasons, but had been practicing with Rutgers' second team this spring and will come to UB with good size for the MAC, at 6-5, 327 pounds.
