Buffalo Bulls Women’s Basketball’s MAC Tournament run came to end today after falling to the #6 seed Toledo Rockets. In a game where the Rockets was one step ahead for most of the game, UB had an almost identical stat sheet as the Rockets in the 72-65 stumble in the MAC semi-finals.
UB got out to a relatively good shooting start in the first quarter jumping out to a 12-8 advantage over the Rockets. The Bulls saw great early minutes on offense from their power trio of Smith, Reid, and Oursler.
Buffalo and Toledo continued to trade blows for the rest of the half until there was 2:47 to go.
